Performance Highlights from Early 2025:
- Turnaround Time: In the first quarter of 2025, the Fast Track Claims Service achieved an average processing time of just 1.7 days from claim submission to final payment setting a new benchmark for speed and efficiency.
- Claims Paid: 98% of all claims submitted through the Fast Track service during this period were approved and paid in full, reinforcing our commitment to reliability.
- Claims Fast Tracked: An impressive 89% of all claims submitted to the Global Assistance Centre were eligible for Fast Track processing, ensuring that the majority of members benefited from expedited claims resolutions.
